All software, algorithms, analytical methodologies, reports, visual designs, trademarks, logos, and content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Master K. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Paid membership remains valid for the membership period stated at purchase. Under the current annual membership, the term lasts one year from the membership start date. Continued access after that period expires requires an explicit renewal purchase.
MASTER K provides personalized digital analysis and related paid digital features, which may become available immediately after payment.
Once personalized paid content or paid features have been generated, accessed, viewed, downloaded, or used, refunds for a change of mind may be limited or unavailable under these Refund Terms.
Requests involving duplicate charges, failure to provide the purchased service, or other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law will be reviewed accordingly.
Deleting your MASTER K account does not automatically cancel, reverse, or refund a completed purchase. Refund requests are handled separately under these Refund Terms.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master K shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or our website.

Master K uses artificial intelligence responsibly and transparently. Our proprietary Python-based analytical engine handles all structural math and astrological calculations. GPT-class LLM models are utilized across all languages (English, Korean, Japanese) strictly to translate these engine outputs into clear, personalized Executive Decision Intelligence prose. The LLM never recalculates your chart or makes independent analytical decisions. Your personal judgment remains the most important element of every decision.
